Ubicado en la primera l\u00ednea de la playa de Poniente durante m\u00e1s de cuarenta a\u00f1os, en la entra\u00f1able La Cala, el Restaurante Ulia ha sido un testigo fiel de la evoluci\u00f3n gastron\u00f3mica en Benidorm. Iniciado por la pareja pionera formada por Esteban y Antonia, su legado perdur\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de los a\u00f1os y las manos de Seraf\u00edn Jimenez y Jos\u00e9 Fuster, quienes, junto a Pilar Ad\u00e1n, han llevado las riendas del establecimiento hasta hoy.<\/p>\n

La historia del Ulia es una cr\u00f3nica de dedicaci\u00f3n y amor por la cocina mediterr\u00e1nea. El compromiso de Jos\u00e9 y Pilar ha mantenido la prominencia del restaurante, convirti\u00e9ndolo en un referente culinario en la regi\u00f3n. La medalla de oro al M\u00e9rito al Trabajo otorgada a Josefa Mu\u00f1oz, en reconocimiento a toda una vida en la hosteler\u00eda, destaca el arraigo familiar que ha definido el car\u00e1cter de este establecimiento a lo largo de los a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n

Es el mejor restaurante para comer arroz de todo Benidorm , voy desde hace muchos a\u00f1os y siguen estando como el primer d\u00eda. Todo siempre fenomenal .<\/span><\/p>\n

Un sitio imprescindible de Benidorm. Tienen muy buen g\u00e9nero, son muy amables y el arroz est\u00e1 de lujo. Hemos estado 6 amigos y hemos disfrutado de lo lindo, con una sobremesa de varias horas en las que nos han atendido de 10. Pagas algo m\u00e1s que en otros sitios, pero merece la pena sin duda. Volveremos seguro.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hemos comido arroz con bogavante. Y la experiencia ha sido deliciosa. Lo recomiendo en\u00e9rgicamente. Tanto los camarer@s como Pilar y la cocinera han sido encantadores. De 10.<\/span><\/p>\n

Excelente lugar, atenci\u00f3n y comida. Ped\u00ed pulpo a las brazas con pure de trufa (con aceite de trufa), exquisito. Rabiole a la gorgonzola espectacular. Y el postre Panna cotta con mango, muy bueno. Lugar muy recomendable.<\/span><\/p>\n
