Located on the first line of Poniente beach for more than forty years, in the charming La Cala, Restaurant Ulia has been a faithful witness to the gastronomic evolution in Benidorm. Started by the pioneering couple Esteban and Antonia, its legacy endured through the years and the hands of Serafín Jimenez and José Fuster, who, together with Pilar Adán, have led the establishment until today.
The history of Ulia is a chronicle of dedication and love for Mediterranean cuisine. José and Pilar's commitment has maintained the restaurant's prominence, making it a culinary benchmark in the region. The gold medal for Merit for Work awarded to Josefa Muñoz, in recognition of a lifetime in the hospitality industry, highlights the family roots that have defined the character of this establishment over the years.
